Includes:
- Initial call from an experienced bookkeeper to discuss your particular business and needs
- Advice on which Xero option suits your business (note there are cheaper cashbook versions we can set you up on which are not available direct to the general public, depending on issues such as invoicing and payroll)
- Customised Chart of Accounts
- Xero configuration
- 1-1.5hrs training on processing (Rockdale office or Zoom)
- Phone support for the first two weeks as needed
Does not include:
- Opening balances for the year if not provided as part of configuration paperwork (ie your annual financials are done later)
- Xero monthly subscription cost
- Fixing of existing Xero files (entities are setup as new). We have bookkeepers experienced in rescue work – please contact us to discuss if you need support.
- Processing of accounts – most of the time you will do it yourself in the training, as we need examples to work on, and most clients are surprised how fast it is. Most small organisations will finish their training with all transactions processed.
- Customised Word invoice format (ask us for a quote – we will need to know your requirements)
- Xero addon setup – this is outside the scope of zeros2Heros, but available as part of our bookkeeping support.
Other:
- If there is a Xero subscription special we pass it on where possible
- Cashbook versions must be held by a Xero Partner (ie us), and as we do not charge extra for this service, an Ezidebit form must be signed.
- Business (ie non cashbook) subscriptions are held until payment in full and setup finalised, then transferred to yourself as required.
- If you have an existing MYOB desktop version, there is a Xero conversion service available. Please phone us to discuss whether it is a better option for you.
